Edward Glenn Sanders

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Linda Stockdale Sanders; granddaughter, April Van Bree; grandson, Joel Van Bree; four brothers, Roy Lee, David, Darrell and Leon; and two sisters, Christine and Pauline Sanders.

Surviving are his wife, Glenda; a son, Kenny (Jen) Sanders of Corydon, IN; daughter, Patricia (Chris) Sanders of Columbus, OH; two step-children, Christina Bell and John (Nichole) McKim, two sisters, Bonnie Jacobs and Patsy (Gary) Appleford both of West Point, KY; a brother, Bruce (Vera) Sanders of West Point, KY; a grandson, three granddaughters and 12 great grandchildren.

He was a retired laundry maintenance worker who enjoyed being outside looking at and listening to nature and county music. He also enjoyed watching basketball and westerns.

Visitation will be held at Hardy Close Funeral Home in Shepherdsville, KY on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. burial will immediately follow at Mt. Eden Cemetery.
