Glenda Faye Ritter

Glenda Ritter, 77, of LaGrange, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025. She was born in Oldham County, Kentucky on September 6, 1947, to the late Lonnie Lyon and Edna Mae “Ruble” Ritter. Glenda worked at the Kentucky State Reformatory. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Lonnie and Raymond Ritter; and sister, Shirley Sharp.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Angie Jackson (Mike); grandchildren, Shelbie Carson (Clayton), Kyle Jackson, and Luke Jackson; great grandsons, Jude Carson and Jackson Carson; sister, Connie Ethridge (Jim); and a host of family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with burial in Brookland Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, May 14, 2025,  from 11:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy to Highview Baptist Church in Glenda’s name are greatly appreciated.
