Mrs. Tate was born May 16, 1940 in Shepherdsville and was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Annetta Mitchell Smith and husband, Albert L. Tate.
She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Albert L. Tate, II; brother, David Smith and sister, Mary Humphrey.
Cremation was chosen.
