Jeanne Sue Deweese

Ms. Jeanne Sue (Graham) Deweese, age 67, of Okolona returned to her Heavenly Father on January 30, 2022. Ms. Deweese was born on August 30, 1954, in Louisville, KY to the late James Graham and Barbara (Hicks) Hicks. She worked as a bus driver for Jefferson and Bullitt County Public Schools. She served for over 40 years. She was selfless and family was very important to her. Among those that preceded her in death are her parents, husband, Larry Frye; son, Brian Frye; brother, James Graham, Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Mary Frye, grandchildren, Ashleigh Pollard (AJ), Rachel Sharp (Tyler), Christina Pollard, Miranda Frye; great-grandchildren, JoHanna Sharp, Arlo Sharp, Karleigh Tindall, Alan Tindall, Adalynn Tindall, and Kaislee Tindall; brothers, Jeff Russ and Joel Russ (Maria); daughter-in-law, Nikki Moore; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be conducted at noon on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, February 2 from 1-8 pm and Tuesday, February 8 from 10 am until time of service at the funeral home.
