Jesse Joseph Schott

Master Jesse Joseph Schott, age 17, of Hillview returned to his Heavenly Father on June 25, 2018. Jesse was a student at North Bullitt High School and a 1st Sgt. in the Junior ROTC program. Jesse was an honorary firefighter with Zoneton Fire Department; honorary mayor in Hillview; an Eagle Scout with Boy Scout Troop 007; and a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. He worked at McDonald’s and Troy’s Wrecker Service. Among those that preceded him in death include his uncle, David Schott. He leaves to cherish his memory his grandparents, Kyle and Margie Schott; brothers, Daniel, Derrick and Brandon; sisters, Lexii and Daniella; aunts, Diana Richardson and Denise Roeller (John); cousins, Tiffany, Larry, Beth, Kyle, Chad and Abby; nephew, Cayden; and a host of family and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11 am on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (11501 Maple Way Louisville, KY 40229) with interment in Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Friday from 12-8 pm at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road).
