Jewell Louise Armour Boyd

Mrs. Jewell Louise Armour Boyd, age 95, of Okolona returned to her Heavenly Father on March 31, 2016. Mrs. Boyd was a homemaker and a member of St. Rita Catholic Church. Among those that preceded her in death include her parents, Jody and Ola Bell Cooper Armour; husband, Edgar Boyd, Sr.; and son, Charles F. Boyd. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Calvin Boyd (Elsie), Betsy Showalter (Jim), Camille Heyser (Mike), Ellen Guest (Bill), William Boyd (Jean), her favorite Edgar "Bubby" Boyd, Jr. (Sandi) and Mary Ann Ragsdale (Danny); 23 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be conducted at noon on Monday, April 4, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Hebron Cemetery.
