Julie Kay Hatfield

Mrs. Julie Kay Hatfield, age 56, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, July 23, 2023. She was born on February 17, 1967 in Louisville, Kentucky to Christine Stanley and the late Charles Stanley. Mrs. Hatfield was a member of the Field of Grace Baptist Church in Lebanon Junction. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Stanley; husband, Edward Hatfield; and brother-in-law, Eddie Weber.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Jaclyn Bobbitt (Justin), Kayla Hatfield (Nathan Crespo); son, Caleb Hatfield; grandchild, Elara “Ellie Jo” Bobbitt; mother, Christine Stanley; sister, Susan Weber, Karen Dorsey (Rick); brother, Greg Stanley (Melanie); and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 12:00pm Noon in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with burial to follow in Hebron Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday, July 28, 2023 from 1:00pm until 8:00pm and again on Saturday from 10:00am until the time of service at 12:00pm Noon. Expressions of sympathy can be made to the funeral home to help with the funeral.
