Keith Hazelwood

Keith Hazelwood, age 58, of Highview left us suddenly to go to his Father in Heaven on Friday, March 29, 2024. He was born on November 26, 1966, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late John and Sharon Phipps Tidrow. He loved the ocean and also loved music; playing drums, guitar, keyboard and harmonica. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his uncle, Bill Wells, Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memory his fiancé, Debra Lanham; roommate, Sam Clark; children, Justin Simpson, Brandy Simpson and Hayley Hazelwood; grandson, Braeden; sister, Michelle Nation (Ricky); niece, Amber; nephew, Daniel; aunt, Mary Ruth Wells; cousins Billy Wells (Tana) and Donnie Wells (Toni); second cousin, Mary Catherine Rager; 1 great niece; 1 great nephew, sisters-in-law, Kathy Warner (Larry) and Sue Lanham (Greg); brother-in law, Rick Probst (Sue) and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 5 pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 1 pm until time of service at the funeral home.
