Kennedy "Kenny" Jeffries

Mr. Jeffries was born January 27, 1944 in Louisville to the late Samuel Thomas and Easter Mae Tinnell Jeffries. He was retired from Zeon Chemical Company and was a member of Kenwood Christian Church.

Among those who preceded him in death include, his daughter, Rita Mae Jeffries; parents and brother, Jerry Lee Jeffries.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 46 years, Barbara Jeffries; daughters, Cyndi Suttle (Rusty), Vicki Adcox (Joe) and Christy Jeffries-Kelley (Travis); grandchildren, Timothy, Cassidy, Kristain, Justin, Abigail, Aidan and Avery; great grandchildren, Daton and Kameron; brothers, Gilbert Jeffries (Jeanette) and Chester Jeffries (Joyce); sister in law, Marty Jeffries and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow.

Friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 2:00 pm until the time of service at Schoppenhorst.
