Linda Diane Cornwell Vega

Mrs. Linda Diane (Barber) Cornwell Vega, age 62, of Louisville returned to her Heavenly Father on December 11, 2019. Mrs. Cornwell was born on January 30, 1957 in Louisville to the late William Earl and Margaret Lee (Bosse) Barber. Among those that preceded her in death are her parents; and sister, Mary Lee Stout.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Emilio Vega; sons, Christopher William Cornwell (Donna), Sr. and Philip Scott Cornwell (Amber); stepdaughter, Brittany Vega; grandchildren, Christopher Cornwell, Jr., Aimee Mahoney, Colin and Dylan Cornwell, Aaron Mahoney, Teagan and Meeka Cornwell; brothers, Ronnie, Dennis, Ricky, Jimmy and Kevin Barber.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Saturday, December 21, 2019 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Friday from 1 pm until 8 pm and Saturday from 10 am until time of service at the funeral home. www.subfuneralhome.com
