Margaret Frances Curtsinger

Margaret Frances Curtsinger, age 80 of Louisville, KY returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, August 7, 2023.   She was born in Bullitt County, KY on June 25, 1943, to the late George Washington Quire and Nana Pack Quire.

She was a retired homemaker and a member of the Gospel of Christ Assembly.

Besides her parents she is also preceded in death by a brother, George Quire, sisters, Katherine Bogard, Sissy Hilger, Mae Carrie, Dorothy Wright, Joann Lanham and Pearl Barnes.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband of nearly 60 years, Herman Curtsinger, having united in marriage on October 16, 1963; daughters, Glinda Dawson (Craig) and Pamela Schmidt (Timothy); son, Randy Curtsinger (Paula); grandchildren, Randy Curtsinger Jr. (Dallas), Rachel Curtsinger, Shannon Slater; great grandchildren, Dylan Curtsinger and Clay Curtsinger; sister, Betty Cook and a host of other nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 am on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with burial to follow in Resthaven Cemetery.  Friends may pay their respects on Monday, August 14, 2023, from 1 pm until 8 pm and on Tuesday from 9 am until time of service at the funeral home.
