Marie M. Rutledge age 80 of Shepherdsville returned to her Heavenly Father on Friday, December 27, 2013 with her loving family by her side. Mrs. Rutledge was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Menjivar. Mrs. Rutledge leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 52 years James L. Rutledge; sons, Dean (Dawn), Gary (Tammy) and Terry (Kendall) Rutledge; brother, Jose Menjivar; sister, Margarita Alvarenga; grandchildren, Elisabeth, Jamie, Ashley, Amber, Tiffany, Lauren and Alex; great grandchildren, Kieran, Ari, Gabby and Emma. Memorial service will be conducted 4 pm on Tuesday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road).
