

Mrs. Marilyn Renee Boudreaux, age 72, of Coxs Creek, Ky returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, September 14, 2025, with her family by her side. Marilyn was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 12, 1953, to the late James H. Snider and Helen E. (Burnett) Snider. She retired from L. G. E. after 30 years of service and was the Kentucky Electrical Clearinghouse Secretary. Marilyn was a member of Nelson Christian Church, she enjoyed spending time at the lake, boating, gardening, canning and knitting. She recently took a special vacation to Alaska that she truly enjoyed. It was said that she was a great cook, very sociable and enjoyed entertaining her family and friends. Marilyn was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and Mawmaw. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Donald Scott Snider, sister Paula E. Mahoney.
She is survived by her loving husband Dan Boudreaux, son Mike Sena (Jennifer), daughter Danielle Boudreaux, son Daniel Boudreaux Jr., (Heather), daughter Denise Cooley (Barron), 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, brother Rick Snider (Karen), sisters Carolyn Wolfe (Walt), Lisa Shea (Jack), Theresa Beam (Eric). Along with a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and other dear family and friends.
A Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy, at John Harper Freeway). The visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again Friday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon. Entombment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
