Martin "Buddy" Holland

Holland, Martin "Buddy" 80, of South Louisville returned to his Heavenly Father August 5, 2016 at Parkway Rehab & Nursing Center. He was a Navy Veteran, and member of New Covenant Church Mission. Among those who preceded him in death include his parents, Richard and Ruth Carrier-Holland; brother, Richard Holland Jr.; and sister, Theresa Schneider. Mr. Holland leaves to cherish his memory, wife of 56 years, Dorothy Mellick-Holland; sons, Nick (Susan), Joey, Marty, Troy (Tammie); Ronnie; grandchildren, Tara, Joey, Justin, Cameron, Amanda, Maleah, Brandon, Seana, Ashley, Travis, Cory; great grandchildren, Taylor, Kacei, Braden, Kendyll, Cruz, Jadyn, Ashlyn, Calei, Kaley, Mackenzie, and Tessa. Funeral Service will be conducted at Noon on Tuesday August 9, 2016 in the Chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd) with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery.
