She was born on March 7, 1940, to the late Edward and Birdie Smith.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Jesse Calhoun.
Left to cherish her memory is her children, Cindy Stinnett, Raymond (Sandy) Calhoun, Mark (Debbie) Calhoun, David (Ann) Calhoun, Paul Calhoun, as well as 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Hardy Close Funeral Home in Shepherdsville, KY on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., followed by the Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m.
A private burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
