Mary Geanell Cambron

Ms. Mary Geanell Cambron, age 84, of Hillview, passed peacefully with family by her side Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Ms. Cambron was born in Loretta, Kentucky, on January 19, 1936 to the late Evert Cambron and Minnie “Gardner”. She was a homemaker and a Catholic by Faith. She was preceded in death by her father and mother her 2 sisters, Dorothy Hemmer, Geneva Mattingly.

She leaves to cherish her memory, 3 daughters, Sharon Goldsmith (Alan), Darlene Douglas (Roy), Tammy Moran, 2 sons Ed Cambron Jr,(Chuck), David Cambron ,7 grandchildren, Alan Goldsmith Jr, Chad Goldsmith, Tabitha King, Sabrina Rankin, Natasha Hill, Sara Jett, Stephanie Moran, and 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Monday, October 5, 2020 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.), with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Sunday from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Monday from 9 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
