Mary Katherine Duff

Mary Katherine Duff, age 81, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026. Mary was born on April 21st, 1944 in Louisville, Kentucky. She was married to Wilbert Leslie for 47 years and they had three children together. She was a faithful member of Trinity Life Center for many years.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, William and Sylvia Warren, her husband, Wilbert, and sons-in-law, Buck Conover and Jim Dockery.

Mary is survived by her husband, James Duff; her children, Theresa Dockery, Dana Poyner (James), and Wilbert Leslie, Jr.; bonus children, Jamie Beller (Chris), James Duff, Jr., Chris Duff, and Jerry Duff; her sisters, Adaline Wainscott (Wendell), Linda Leslie, Ethel Anderson, Norma J. Lee (Ronnie), and Sandra Seaman (Jim); her grandchildren, Amber Conover, Gabrielle Poyner, Alyssa Conover, and Matthew Poyner (Brittany); her great-grandchildren, Maggie and Nora Wease, as well as a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be Monday, April 13th, 2026 from 2pm-8pm at Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street, Shepherdsville, Kentucky. Funeral service will be held at Hardy-Close on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 at 10am. Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Shepherdsville.
