He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Tammy Branham (Jeffery); father, Kelly Rushing Jr. (Tara); siblings, Cheyann Rushing, Memphis Rushing, Sean Byler and Emma Holt; maternal grandparents, Randel T. Parrigin and Judy Parrigin; paternal grandfather, Kelly Rushing Sr.; paternal grandmother, Reta Weldon (Steve); grandparents, Steve and Debbie Brown and a host of other dear family and friends.
Memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, July 16, 2021 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday from 12:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
