Michelle Farris, age 86, returned to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, with her loving husband by her side. She was born on September 9, 1939, in Manilla, Philippines to the late Frisco and Flora Del Rosario.
Michelle was a Catholic by faith. She was a hairstylist for over 50 years. Michelle was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend that will be missed immensely.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 64 years, Avril Farris; daughters, Rickella Farris (John Moran), Helana Thacker, Dorothy Carter (Arnold), Cynthia Carter (Arnold, deceased) and Florelle Swanz (David); along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
Mrs. Farris’s family has chosen cremation and has entrusted Hardy-Close Funeral Home with her care, with a private service at a later date.
