Nelda Ruth Reid, age 72, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on May 24, 2023. She was a pharmacy technician for Wal Mart. Nelda was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on March 1, 1951, to the late William D. and Louella Lancaster. She is preceded in death by her parents. Nelda leaves to cherish her memory her son, Joshua Reid; sisters, Shirley Bratcher and Linda Folker (Doug); brother, Darrel Lancaster; nephew, Seth Lancaster; nieces, Kelly Melendez, Stacy Folker and Rachel Folker. Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) was in trusted with arrangements. Cremation was chosen.
