Patrick A. Pellillo passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025 in Louisville, KY. He was born on July 5, 1945 to Patrick L. Pellillo and Doris Kouns Pellillo in Covington, KY. He grew up in Erlanger, KY and graduated from St. Henry High School. He attended UK, Northern KY University, and received his degree from Thomas More University.
Patrick retired from Ford Motor Co., where he was the personnel administrator for 30 years at LAP. He took pleasure in being able to help people and give them employment. He was a member of St. Athanasius Church for many years. He also served as a volunteer at the Kentucky Center for the Arts.
Patrick was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Benita Chapman, and brother-in-law, Gwin Chapman.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Nancy, his children, Curtis Pellillo and Lori Pellillo-Kuhn, and his grandchildren, Ryan, Bella, Curtis, and Hayden. He is also survived by his brother, Steve (Rebecca), half-sister, Cherie, and nieces and nephews.
Patrick loved traveling, especially cruising, road trips, and winter vacations in Florida. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. In his younger years, he enjoyed racquetball, boating, camping and water skiing. He liked throwing parties and having fun.
He will be remembered for his sense of humor and infectious laugh. He was kind and generous and always present to help out family and friends. He will be missed by so many people.
Family and Friends may pay their respects on Sunday, November 23, 2025, from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A Funeral Service will be conducted on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Cremation was chosen.
