Rebecca Vincent Noel

Rebecca Vincent Noel, age 80, of Louisville, KY returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, October 25, 2025, with her family by her side. She was born in Livermore, Kentucky on July 9, 1945, to the late Oliver Densmore and Mary Blandford. Rebecca was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Her family was the center of her universe. She retired from General Electric after many years. She radiated happiness, kindness, and compassion, touching the lives of everyone around her. Rebecca loved spending time with her family the most. She cherished zoo trips with her grandson, lunch with her daughter every week, and lunch with her General Electric friends. She found joy in the simple things in life. She loved to cook, and watch the Kentucky Wildcats and WWE Wrestling. She brought light, laughter, and warmth to every moment. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her. Rebecca was preceded in death by her spouse, William Eugene Noel; her daughter, Veronica Elmore; her parents; siblings, Pat, Betty, Nathan, Glen, Andcietus, Mike, and Fran.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Kenneth Brown (Carey); grandson, Vincent Elmore (Jay); along with a host of nieces and nephews. 

Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 2:00 pm (EST)  until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy Shepherdsville, KY 40165). Visitation will also take place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 10:00 am (EST)  until 12:00 pm at the funeral home. A Graveside Service will be held at Mater Dolorosa Cemetery (1900 W. 9th St. Owensboro, KY 42303) at 1:30 pm (CT).
