Richard "Rick" Richmond

Mr. Richard E. "Rick" Richmond, age 62, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. Mr. Richmond was born in Louisville, KY on October 7, 1953 to the late William and Josephine Richmond. He served the United States in the Navy and was a Glazier for Kentucky Mirror and Plate Glass Company.

Among those who preceded him in death include, his brother, William "Bird" Richmond.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Ricky Richmond, Stephanie Cook (Brandon) and Jon Richmond; grandchildren, Elijah Cook, Levi Cook, Shane Bline and Nathan Bline; his fiancé, Patti Smith; brothers, Joe Richmond (Nancy) and Steve Richmond (Alice); a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Memorial service will be held at 7:30 pm on Sunday, April 24, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) Friends and family may pay their respects on Sunday from 1:00 pm until the time of service at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home.
