Robert Lee Chitwood

Mr. Robert Lee Chitwood, age 74, of South Louisville returned to his Heavenly Father on April 22, 2022. Mr. Chitwood was born on August 23, 1947, in Oneida, TN to the late Eddie P. and Olive I. (Strunk) Chitwood, Sr. Mr. Chitwood retired from Tyme It Transportation and was a deacon and member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 50 years, Judy (Jenkins) Chitwood; son, Brent Chitwood (Jenni); grandson, Tucker Jay Chitwood; and brothers, Eddie P., Jr., Rodney, and Roger Chitwood; and a host of family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at 11 am on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Brookland Cemetery.
