Robert Lowell Hadley

Mr. Robert Lowell Hadley, age 82, of Louisville returned to his Heavenly Father on May 22, 2014. Mr. Hadley retired from General Electric after 37 years of service. Mr. Hadley was a member of Harvest Church of God, Highland Park Lodge #865, and was a U.S. Navy veteran. Among those that preceded him in death include his parents, Otha and Sara Jane Hadley; and son, Rickey Hadley. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 58 years, Patsy Hadley; sons, Paul (Lisa) and Michael Hadley; daughters, Kim Broughton and Paula Mattingly; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Jean Brewer (W.S.); and a host of family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road; use John Harper entrance) with interment in Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Friday from 2-8 pm and Saturday from 10 am until time of service at Schoppenhorst. A Masonic service will be held on Friday at 7 pm at the funeral home.
