Samuel Mitchell "Sam" McIntosh

Samuel Mitchell “Sam” McIntosh, age 61, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. He was born on July 10, 1963, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Edgar McIntosh and Anna Faye (Webb) Miller. Sam was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed fishing, boating and especially, golfing. He also enjoyed cutting grass and grilling outdoors with family and friends. Sam was a kindhearted man but his true passion was his family whom he held close to his heart.

Left to cherish his memory are his life-partner of 30 years, Karen Bryant; son, Sammy McIntosh; grandson, Parker; sister, Rita Logan (Bob); brother, Edgar McIntosh; nephew, Bradley Bryant (Peggy); step-children, Nick Bryant (Stephanie), Tracey Bryant and Whitney Clenney (Ronnie); step-grandchildren, Alexandria Bryant, Easton Best, Evelyn Clenney, Bryant Clenney and Conner Clenney and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 1:00 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
