Sandra (Sandy) Gill Mills

Sandra “Sandy Gill Mills, age 57, of Louisville, Kentucky, returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.  Sandy was born on May 16, 1965, in Louisville, Ky to the late William L. Gill and Hazel Crawford. Sandy enjoyed dancing and music it gave her great joy, she liked karaoke and swimming in her pool with her friends, she also loved the lake and the color pink it made her smile. She was known to enjoy races like the “Oaks” and “The Kentucky Derby”. Sandy will be truly missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, William L. Gill, and grandmother Roxie Tooley.

She leaves to cherish her memory her mother Hazel Crawford, her sons, Paul Gill (Kayla), Dalton Isabel, and Trevor Isabel, her grandchildren, Noah Gill, Jace Gill, Logan Gill, and Paisley Gill, her brothers, Teddy Crawford, and Ron Sidebottom, and her sister Tammy Robinson, stepfather Ronald Sidebottom, Sr., along with all her nieces and nephews who she adored, and other dear family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 pm and again on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 p.m.
