Shannon Denise Herdt

Ms. Shannon Denise Herdt, age 52, of Shepherdsville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, October 13, 2024. She was born in Louisville, KY on May 15, 1972 and she was a member of Saint Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church. 

Her father, Paul Bryant preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her sons, Alex Herdt (Kaitlyn) and Andrew Herdt (Tara); grandchildren, Thomas, Axel and Ruby; mother, Judy Bryant; sisters, Stephanie Bryant and Shaye Underwood; a host of nieces and nephews and other dear family and friends.

Shannon’s memorial service/ celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday from 12:00 pm until the time of her service at 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
