Stanley Alton Dickerson

Stanley Alton Dickerson age 58 of Shepherdsville was born June 7, 1955 to the late Phillip Wayne and Anna Lucille Reed Dickerson in Pee Wee Valley, KY and returned to his Heavenly Father February 10, 2014. Mr. Dickerson was a framing contractor in the housing industry and a member of the Home Builders Association.

Among those who preceded him in death include his sister, Judy Bolin; brothers, David and Wayne Dickerson; grandson, Jacob Cox and his parents.

He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Karen Hawks Dickerson; daughters, Jennifer Cox (Jason) and Amanda Porter (Bryan) sons, Steve and Jeremy Dickerson; sisters, Ann Rich, Norma Lawson and Wanda Jones; brothers, Daniel and Kenneth Dickerson; 8 grandchildren, a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held 2 P.M. Friday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects from 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. Thursday at Schoppenhorst.
