Mr. Stephen Burns, age 64, of Pioneer Village, Ky. returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. He was born on November 5, 1959 in Danville, Kentucky to Elmer C. and Betty Ann “McCarty” Burns. Mr. Burns worked as a truck driver. He is preceded in death by his wife, Lynne Burns and his father.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Lyndsay Burns, Stephen Burns (Kristina) and Jermey Burns (Mindy); brother, Dennis Burns (Cindy); sister, Datha Jean Whitely (Mitch); grandchildren, Quentin Burns, Jocelyn Burns and Ella Mae Burns; his mother, Betty Ann Burns; and a host of family and friends.
Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) was in charge of arrangements. Cremation was chosen.
