Timothy "DUKE" Strange

Timothy “Duke” Strange, Age 58, of Fairdale returned to his Heavenly Father October 8, 2017. Mr. Strange was born in Louisville Kentucky on August 27, 1959, to Estel and Ethel Strange. Mr. Strange was a self-contracted construction worker. He loved motorcycles, spending time with children and his pets Princess, Sugar and Meow-Meow.

Preceding him in death was his father, Estel Strange.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter Amber Johns (Scott); 1 grandson, Ethan Johns; his mother, Ethel Strange; 2 brothers, Steven Strange (Marie) and Douglas Strange (Linda); 1 sister, Donna Fulner (Mark); numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 pm Friday, October 13, 2017, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Lambert Cemetery, Hwy 259 in Edmonson County. Friends may pay their respects Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 12:00pm to 8:00pm and on Friday morning from 10:00am until the time of the service.

The funeral service will be officiated by Rev. Arnold Spowles of Coral Ridge Separate Baptist Church. Pallbearers for the service will be Steven King, David Fulner, Steven Fulner, Alex Allen, Damon Strange, and Zachery Hance. Kaleb Fulner and Kaiden Fulner will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
