Mr. Walter L. "Wally" Griffith, age 30, of Okolona returned to his Heavenly Father on August 12, 2012. Mr. Griffith was a landscaper for GreenScapes Lawn Care and a member of St. Rita Catholic Church. Among those that preceded him in death include his sister, Wendy Griffith and grandmother, Lillian Griffith. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Walter, Sr. and Beth Griffith; grandparents, Bob and Betty Wallace; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with interment in Hebron Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday from 2-8 pm at Schoppenhorst.
