Walter M. Hudson

Mr. Walter M. Hudson, age 84, of Louisville returned to his Heavenly Father on October 19, 2015. Mr. Hudson retired as a machine operator from Brown-Williamson after 23 years of service, pastored Cleo Avenue House of Prayer, and was a Marine Corps veteran. Among those that preceded him in death include his parents, Jim and Millie McFarland Hudson; five brothers and one sister. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 65 years, Ruby Dennison Hudson; children, Carol Pennington (Larry), Kay Marple (Tim) and Walter Lee Hudson; grandchildren, Walter Lee, Jr., Christy, Chris, Justin and Larry; great-grandchildren, Donavin, Zach, Alyssa, Nathan, Robert and John; and sister, Myrtle Ziglar.

Funeral service will be conducted at noon on Friday, October 23, 2015 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway) with interment in Mt. Eden Cemetery.
