William G. Dennison Jr.

Mr. William G. Dennison Jr., age 83, of Shepherdsville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, June 23, 2021. Mr. Dennison was born in Camp Taylor, KY on May 21, 1938 to the late William G. Dennison Sr. and Azlee Dillander Dennison. He was a member of Nichols Full Gospel Church, he retired from Dixie Warehouse Solutions, served in the United States Army and the National Guard of Kentucky. Mr. Dennison was a man of God who loved the Lord, and to spend time with his children and great- grandbabies.

Among those who preceded him in death are, his beloved wife, Normaleen Dennison (Bell); his son, Rodney Neal Dennnison and his sisters, Loretta, Bessie, Linda and Hallie.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughters, Freda Savage, Theresa Kay Dennison (Craig) and Tammy Medlock (Josh); grandchildren, Patty, Travis and Brody; his great- grandbabies, Taylor, Reagan, Aspen and a host of other great- grandchildren; brothers, Jamie and Peachie; sisters, Brenda and Terri; many dear friends and a host of other family.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, June 28, 2021 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Mt. Eden Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Sunday from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Monday from 10:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
