Isidor Camacho

Funeral Mass is under the direction of Buffington Funeral Home in Shiner, Texas and will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 10:00 am at Saints Cyril &Methodius Catholic Church in Shiner, Texas with Father Brian Heyer officiating. Interment will follow at Shiner Catholic Cemetery in Shiner, Texas. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 7:00 pm at Buffington Funeral Home Chapel.

Isidor was born on March 15, 1945 in Sinton, Texas. He was the son of Juan and Virginia (Arredondo) Camacho. He married Mary Jane Perez in Houston, Texas on January 21, 1963.

Isidor enjoyed playing dominoes and loteria. He liked woodworking and making different items. He loved spending time with his family.

Isidor is survived by two sons; Juan Camacho and Elizabeth Alvarez of San Antonio, Texas, Jesse Camacho and his wife, Monica of San Antonio, Texas, six daughters; Mary Cerny of San Antonio, Texas, Juanita Cerny of Shiner, Texas, Virginia Venagas and her husband, Alfredo of Shiner, Texas, Loretta Bivona and her husband, Leonard of Paulina, Louisiana, Stephanie Matthews and her husband, Lamont of Shiner, Texas, Esmeralda Jimenez and her husband, James of Houston, Texas, one sister; Virginia Marroquin of Pasadena, Texas, thirty-three grandchildren, and twenty-six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; Juan and Virginia Camacho, his wife; Mary Jane Camacho, one daughter; Roberta Alfaro, one great-granddaughter; Harmony Cerny, four brothers; Jesse Camacho, Johnny Camacho, Mike Camacho, Isaic Camacho, two sisters; Juana Salazar, and San Juana Chavez.

Pallbearers for Mr. Camacho will be; Isidoro Camacho, Cameron Bivona, Alex Cerny, Lamont Matthews, Noah Matthews, Leonard Bivona, Jesse Camacho, and Juan Camacho. Honorary Pallbearers will be; Isidor Cerny, Desmond Matthews. George Flores, and Able Escareno.
