Funeral Mass was under the direction of Buffington Funeral Home in Shiner, Texas and were held on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 10:00 am at Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Shiner, Texas with Father Kirby Hlavaty officiating. Interment followed at Shiner Catholic Cemetery in Shiner, Texas. A Rosary was be recited Friday, June 27, 2014 at 7:00pm at Buffington Funeral Home in Shiner, Texas with Deacon Joe Machaeck officiating.

Pat was born on October 16, 1949 in Shiner, Texas. She was the daughter of John Steven and Frances Lorraine (Osborn) Galovic. Pat loved her family, socializing on Facebook and playing Farmville, as well as playing other games on the computer. Pat was a person who liked to visit with family and friends at her home. When she was younger she could be found with her dad taking care of her plants in the greenhouse. She enjoyed dancing, and as she aged, bingo became her pastime. Pat enjoyed going on road trips to Louisiana with her friends. She was a selfless, loving, and kind-hearted Lady. She welcomed and accepted everyone into her circle of friends.

Pat is survived by one son; Chris Cook, one daughter-in-law; Arlena, three grandchildren; Garrett, Eric, and Rachael, one brother; Paul Galovic, and one sister; Dorothy McCurry. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, her parents; John and Lorraine Galovic, and one daughter; Ann Marie.

Pallbearers for Pat were; Bernard Davies, Micha Atkinson, Robert Machart, David Machart, Michael Machart, Tommy Perez, and Jeff Pesek.
