Alaina Sage Kane

Alaina was our St. Patrick's Day Baby, born March 17, 2025 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She had the most beautiful smile and big bright eyes that were as bright as the sun. She was the sweetest baby with a sweet spirit. She brought so much love and joy to all those who loved her. Alaina and her big sister, Arissa were buddies. They loved to watch TV together. She would watch Arissa play for hours. Her personality was beginning to bloom. She loved when people would talk to her and she would babble back. It was the sweetest!

Left to cherish her precious memory are her mother, Maggie Gardner; father, August Kane; sister, Arissa Kane; grandparents, Penny Neel and Tim Culpepper, Sonia Kane, Michael Kane and Sonia Foster; great grandparents, Jerrel Neel, Delman Gardner, Rebecca Larrieu and Frankie Kane; uncle, Colton Gardner, aunt, Carmen Gardner; cousins, Gabriel Gardner and Rowan Gardner; great uncle, Larry Little; great aunt, Terri Little; and great cousins, Trent Touchet, Abby Touchet Jonathan Little, Morgan Little and Jason Little.

Alaina went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Kevin Gardner and great grandmothers, Patsy Gardner and Geneva Neel. She left us way to soon. We were blessed for the time we shared. We will carry her in our heart forever.

A celebration of life for Alaina will be held Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108. Officiating the service will be Bro. Murry Hodge. A reception will follow the service at the home of Larry and Terri Little, 10035 St. Bernard Dr., Shreveport, LA 71106.
