Monroe, LA A memorial service celebrating the life of Barry Clayton Mayes will be held Saturday, July 16, 2016, 2:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, Shreveport, LA. The family will receive visitors from 1:00 PM until service time Saturday, at the funeral home.
Barry was born November 4, 1965 in Shreveport. He went to be with his Lord July 12, 2016 in Monroe, LA.
Barry is survived by his daughter, Emily Mayes and fiancé Adam Remedies; parents, Clayton and Judy Mayes; mother of his daughter, Kathleen Sherwood; sister, Kim Whitehead and husband Randy; nieces, Jessica Davidson and husband Adam and Sara McCluskey and husband Adam; great nieces, Zoe and Chloe Davidson; and other relatives and friends.
