When I was a kid I would go watch Bill race with my dad. As an adult, I always knew him to be a kind and thoughtful man. I know he will be missed by his family and all of his friends. Thoughts and prayers with you.

Loved watching Mr Billy tending to his flowers and yard. I think he was secretly trying to out do me . He loved to work in the yard and seemed like he could hardly wait til spring so he could plant. Gonna miss him .
