Bobbie was born to Haywood and Nina Stevens in Shreveport, LA December 22, 1931. As a woman of deep faith and creativity, Bobbie Jeane found great joy in the simple beauties of life, whether she was planting vibrant flowers in her garden, creating beautiful cross-stitch pieces, or hunting for treasures at local estate sales. She was a dedicated member of her church community, where she nourished her lifelong faith. Above all of her hobbies and passions, Bobbie Jeane’s greatest treasure in life was her family; she poured an abundance of love into her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were truly the center of her world.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Hughes "Sonny" Andrews II; her parents, Haywood and Nina Stevens; and sisters, Yvonne Bufkin, Martha Elliott Tabor, and Patsy Davis.
Her life will forever be cherished by those who survived her. Daughter, Becky Harbour and husband, son Charles Hughes Andrews III and wife; grandchildren, Crystal McKenna and husband,(great-grandchildren Devin, Drew, Alexander), Megan Andrews (great-grandchildren Grayson and Zemrije) Cody Andrews (great-grandchildren Alayna, Kristie, Cameron, Bailey); along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
She will be laid to rest in Centuries Memorial Park after a private family gathering to celebrate Bobbie's Life.
