

Bobby Clyde Brawley, Jr., 58, passed away on Thursday, January 12th, 2017. Visitation will be held from 10-11AM on Saturday, January 14th, 2017 at Centuries Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, LA, 71108. Funeral services will follow beginning at 11AM. Officating the service will be Pastor Jim Owens. Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends, Andrew Brawley, JP Brawley Jr., Chad Brawley, David Payne, Danny Payne, and Chad Newlin.
Bobby was so loved as a husband and father, as well as a hearty friend and trusted mechanic throughout his life in Shreveport. He was born in Shreveport to Patricia Ann and Bobby Clyde Brawley, Sr. Bobby was a mechanic from the time he grew up working on cars with his grandfather, and since 1990 has been a beloved, successful business owner of Brawley’s Auto Repair. He married his best friend and co-owner Joani Peters Brawley in April of 1980.
Bobby was preceded in death by his father, Bobby, Sr. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Joani; his children, Bobby, III, Alice, and Jesse; his granddaughter, Ella, her mother, Alania, and her brother, Mayson; his mother, Patricia, and stepfather, Marvin; and his sister, Debbie, and brother, Jay.
