Keithville, LA- Funeral services celebrating the life of Carol Sue Barron Bertrand, 60, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 in the chapel of Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Wednesday.
Carol was born on February 3, 1953 in Jennings, LA and passed away on November 25, 2013 in Shreveport, LA. She graduated with a Bachelor in Political Sciences from McNeese State University in 2005. Mrs. Bertrand was the youngest of six children and was a loving a devoted wife, mother and sister. Despite her medical issues she always maintained a positive outlook on life.
Mrs. Bertrand was preceded in death by her parents, Wiltz and Helen Barron and one sister, Judy Ann Barron Powell.
Left to cherish beautiful memories of Carol is her beloved husband, Allen Ray Bertrand; son, Marcus Allen Bertrand; siblings, Joan Anderson, Melrose Chaumont, Marvelene Guillory and Donice Barron. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
