Born August 4, 1940, in Cottonwood, Alabama,she lived in several places while growing up. She graduated from Cottondale, Florida in 1959. She was married to Walter in 1959 and toured many countries during his enlistment in the military. Carolyn was a 30 year veteran of civil service and retired from Columbus AFB MS. Carolyn worked in places like the Stars & Stripes, Military Base Exchange, and Base Contracting Office. She has a masters degree from Webster University, St. Louis, MO.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter F. Walls; her son, Daniel Mark Walls; her father, Daniel Webster Jordan; her mother, Grace Lee Burns; her brothers, Jerry Lamar Jordan and William Howard Jordan.
She is survived by her daughter in law, Belinda Moore (Johnny); her adopted grandson, Ryan Moore (Tiffany); numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and her special friends, Linda Patricola, Leonard Hunter, Earnest Clark.
A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held at Rose-Neath Cemetery, 5185 Swan Lake Spur, Bossier City, LA 71111, US, on September 25, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
Interment will be at Rose-Neath Cemetery, 5185 Swan Lake Spur, Bossier City, with burial on September 25, 2026, in Row C-1, Lot 105, Space 16.
