Shreveport, LA- Services honoring the life of Chrisa Mosley Leonard will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the Greater Elizabeth Baptist Church, 3300 West 70th Street, Shreveport, LA 71106. Officiating the service will be Dr. Melvin Dotson, Sr. Family hour will be held Friday, January 13, 2012, 6:00 PM at the Centuries-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, LA 71108.
Chrisa Mosley Leonard was born November 3rd, 1929 to the parents of the late Johnson & Emma Mosley, Sr. as the second of ten siblings in Mansfield, Louisiana.
She leaves to celebrate her home going (4) children: Patricia White (Jeff); Cindy Awagu (Ike); Betty Coleman (Charlie); and Jerry W. Mosley, all of Shreveport, LA, 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, (3) sisters: Charity V. Stills; Beulah Wilson of Shreveport, LA; Evelyn Demery (Joe L.) of Houston, TX, two brothers: Ozie Mosley (Gladys) of Shreveport, LA; James Mosley (Anne), of Humble, TX, special cousins: Minnie Whitaker & Fannie Thomas, and a host of nieces & nephews.
