Services to honor the life of Clarence Levert Hill, 73, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 6, 2012, at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive friends and loved ones on Thursday evening between the hours of 5 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Clarence was born in Marion, AL on August 13, 1938, and left this life on Tuesday, January 3, 2012. He was a hard working man who always had a big smile on his face, and even though feisty, had a heart of gold. Clarence was an iron worker by trade and retired after 43 years. He enjoyed fishing, football, family, and friends.

Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and three sisters. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Tracy Fullen Hill and wife, Cathy, Jimmy Hill and wife, Rhonda, and Dana Hill Richey; sister, Louise Childs; brothers, Tommy Hill and wife, Shirley, and Curtis Hill and wife, Kaye; six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
