Rev. Cranford Olan McDaniel, Jr.

Rev. Cranford Olan McDaniel, Jr. was born July 13, 1943 in Paris, Tennessee, his parents were Hazel Margaret Carson and Cranford Olan McDaniel, Sr. He went to be with his Lord January 28, 2020 at his home.

Mr. McDaniel was a graduate of Woodlawn High School and Northwest University. He also attended Baptist Christian College. He was employed at Western Electric for more than 10 years. He pastored at many locations, and was in the ministry for more than 37 years. He was also employed at Centuries Memorial for 14 years.

Mr. McDaniel was preceded in death by his parents and a son Leland McDaniel. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret, son, Leonard Aaron McDaniel and wife Christy Lynn, daughter, Christy McDaniel and fiancée Will Merolla, five grandchildren, Cassie Carassco and husband Rudy, Cody Hunt, Candice Ramsey, Hannah Hines, and Montori Rose Hamilton and husband Hunter, 8 great-grandchildren, Kylie Keckler, Xander Carassco, Chase Hunt, Able Hunt, McKinley Ramsey, Austin Ramsey, Holden Hamilton, and Hayden Hamilton, sister, Margaret Jean Shockley, a brother, Leonard C. McDaniel and wife Evelyn, other relatives and many friends.

A service celebrating the life of Cranford Olan McDaniel, Jr. will be held Saturday, February 1, 2020, 10:00 AM. Officiating will be Rev. Gerald Palmer. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 5 until 7:30 PM Friday, January 31 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Will Morella, Jeremiah Walker, Shannon McDaniel, Rudy Carassco, Jeff Hines, James Southern and Ruth Lewis. And an Honorary Pallbearer, Brother Richard Miller.
