Mrs. Dolores Josephine Sand Kohlman

Shreveport, LA-A Mass of Christian burial celebrating the life of Dolores Josephine Kohlman, 82, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Officiating will be Msgr. Earl V. Provenza, V.F. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, October 27, 2014 at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Kohlman was born on August 14, 1932 in St. Louis, MO and passed away on October 24, 2014 in Shreveport, LA. Dolores was a dedicated, devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church where she served as a member of the Altar Society and was the Secretary Treasurer of the Catholic Daughter for 35 years. Mrs. Kohlman also volunteered at the Grace Home. Dolores loved traveling to her hometown of St. Louis, MO and also Branson, MO with her sister Loretta.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Earl Jesse Kohlman; son, Geoffrey Lynn Kohlman; sisters, Loretta Lowery and Leona Vogelpohl and brother, Bernard Sand.

Left to cherish beautiful memories of Dolores are her children, Earl Joseph Kohlman and wife Linda, Steve Kohlman and wife Julie, Jerry Kohlman and Kathy Reedy and husband Eric; grandchildren, Jeff, Joey, Kael, Chad, Sean and Mckenzye and 5 great grandchildren.
