Mr. LaCroix was born August 28, 1949, to Eddie and Lottie LaCroix. He passed away January 10, 2013, at his Benton home with the wonderful care of Amedysis Hospice Care.
Eddie was a master electrician and was very proud of his fourth-generation company, LaCroix Electric. He loved hunting, fishing, Nascar and football.
Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie and Lottie LaCroix, and brother Benny LaCroix.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sheri Peace; sons Blake LaCroix of Benton, Steve LaCroix of New Orleans, and Brian LaCroix and wife Becky LaCroix of Bossier City; step-daughters Heather Ainsworth and Jessica Resendiz of Marshall, Texas; sister, Glenda LaCroix Dalton and husband Clay Dalton of Canton, GA; niece Michelle Ewing and husband Ian Shelton of East Point, GA; nephew Dylan Dalton of Canton, GA; and fifteen grandchildren.
