Gale began her career at Walker Wheland where she was a purchasing agent for 20 years. In 2003, Gale bought C&C Electric which became a family affair for 17 years. She lived her life to the code of James 1:27, where God instructs us to take care of widows and orphans. Her ultimate passion became her widow's ministry that was founded in 2019. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her best and loved her most.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Wayne in which they just celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary on November 21st; her two daughters, Stefanie Simmons and her favorite child, Callie Patterson, husband Justin; her beloved granddaughters, Parker, Peyton and Palmer Patterson; son, Derek Simmons, wife Lauren and their children Hudson and Celia Simmons; sister, Lisa Doyle; her good friend that turned into a sister Anita Maricelli. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and her cherished cousins.
A visitation for Gale will be held Saturday, November 30, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at University Church of Christ, 2045 E. 70th St., Shreveport, Louisiana 71115. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will follow at 12:00 PM with Rev. Joe Huffman officiating.

Wayne and Callie would like to personally thank Stefanie for never leaving Gale's side the past two months and being her advocate during her recent hospital stays.
