He was born on December 3, 1962 to Arthur and Barbara Harvey in Grants Pass, Oregon.
Left to cherish his memory are his brother, Gordon Harvey; and sister, Cheryl Butler.
He was preceded in death by his older brother, Ronald Harvey.
